New Players, Welcome The Xolkein have just landed after a 14-year journey to escape a war-torn world. The new world is untamed and unexplored, but the Demigods have vanished. Where did they go and why? The shamans discovered they're hidden away and need your help. Will you be strong enough to survive the wilds of Xolmanda? I'd like to get more people interested in Xolmanda, so I'm starting a Launch Event with rewards for everyone who joins us! We are currently in Beta, so there will be lots of changes, but you could be a part of those changes. Xolkein is my latest species and they're a mix of 5 main subspecies. Vauta are deer-like reptiles, Kizkavi are rabbit-like cats, Bhalluk are hippo-like bears, Aukoli are slim canines and Zholiad are giant geckos. Each of them are one main race and can interbreed with one another for the potential of another 10 species. We'll have several events and a campaign that will help players uncover and explore the world. To see more of what they look like
New Species - Vauta
*peers out of the curtain and clears throat* Well, it's been a good few months (years) since I've been really active here. I'd like to change that as it seems DA has settled down a little. I've been busy doing my usual things, just sorta stopped checking in here as I moved closer to Toyhouse and other interests. I had stopped drawing for some time as well, but have gotten back into it thanks to a few closed species and some encouraging friends (you know who you are ^^) Anyhow, I'd like to take the time to introduce my newest species, the Vauta! They are an overhaul of an old species that didn't really get much interest from myself once I doodled it, so they got an update. This sounds like it'd be a fun bit of ARPG and I don't say that to many. I have a very hard time getting into ARPGs, honestly. Even the dragon ones I found, I just can't get into. Chimenas is the furthest I've gotten into and I really think that's because the marsupials can talk - to each other, to their owners, etc. It's much easier to roleplay or write about them when they are more sentient, I think? My drakkari have that sort of semi-sentience, so hopefully when we get it off the ground again, it'll work a bit better?
