Build: akhal-teke build, very thin, usually emaciated if they haven't fed recently. Bone-thin but surprisingly strong for such fragile-looking creatures
Pelt: any horse pattern

Head: thin face, with a long jaw, thin bottom jaws due to having two there. The jaws can unhinge and stretch past normal proportions. The top jaw is the one they use to speak with and is connected to their lungs. The bottom jaw is connected to the flame bladder, enabling them to spout fire in defense. It is also the one connected to their stomach.

Eyes: sunken eye sockets, solid white eyes. All Forsaken are blind, though the eyes tend to smoke softly in light. They do not glow at night however, unless the forsaken uses magic

Feet:  very thin, with four claw-like hooves. Limited mobility, forsaken CAN pick things up with them

Tail: short stub, horse tail without the hair

General Personality: nasty, anti-social, hostile, waspish... take your pick. It's rare that you'll find a nice Forsaken as they're all relatively harsh and aggressive

Abilities:
 Mind control - with lesser creatures and "dumb" animals, forsaken can take control of the creatures' mind, making them fetch or care for the demon...or simply forcing them to walk off a cliff...
Sound: hideous screams of a dying horse that doesn't echo, no matter where they are | other than that, silent. They CAN speak, being sentient, but don't often to "lesser" creatures.

Forsaken foals are tiny and remain thus until their 5th year or so, when they truly start to grow. Unless its a hybrid, they never really gain much meat on their bones.

Usually, Forsaken do not care to breed outside their own kind, but it does occasionally happen as there are so few Forsaken. They are extremely fertile, though it is difficult for a mare to carry to term due to their physical fraility. Patterns generally follow the sire.
Society/Social Mentality: Once upon a time, the Tharion were the most beautiful horses on their planet. Their coats shone in the sun and sparkled in the mooonlight, a beacon of hope and psorpserity to anyone who saw them. Usually golden in color, their pelts were metallic of every color imaginable. The bodies were sleek, the mane and tail long and wavy, but easy to care for. Enormous golden wings adorned their back, thinly tapered, but with their light-weight builds, it was no difficulty for a tharion to fly. A long dual-tipped horn curled around itself, spreading like a spear in the shape of a celtic knot from their forehead.

Humans and other species were kept to care for the tharion, for they were extremely haughty and narcissistic. Their mental capabilities enabled them to control the lesser creatures around them, keeping the tharion at the top of the dominance chain.

It all started when a group of 'royal' tharion decided to cleanse the planet of the lower races, purifying their world. The gods stepped in after several genocidal massecres and appeared to the leader, Lord Angelus. The proud stallion would have none of their words and ignored their reason, spouting his own justifications. After the third attempt, the proud white and gold stallion banished them from his presence in a fit of rage. For his arrogance, however, the angry gods tore his skin from him, turning him into a hideous demon as he turned back inside his own home.

Every tharion were transformed likewise, the metallic fur fell out, the wings fell apart and their bodies shifted, the skin stretched. Many tharion, horrified by the change, killed themselves before the transformation was complete. Those that survived were blinded, the only thing they'd ever see again was their once-great appearance in reflective surfaces. 

The only way a Forsaken can return to their former glory is to learn to forgive themselves, repent and learn to love another unconditionally.

There are only 15 original Forsaken left. The only way for a forsaken to actually die is to lose the will to live or be decapitated. The heart beats extremely slowly, but even if that is crushed, they will live on in a sort of half-life. They are already rather apathetic, but destroying a forsaken's heart will complete the drain of emotions, making them unable to care for anything, even themselves. These undead forsaken are thought to have no brain activity and are often treated as simple horses. Like a child, they have to be told everything or they'll simply stand there blankly. They are aware of their surroundings, but their apathy incapacitates them and leaves them unable to react.
